The rapper ICEGERGERT, known as Georgy Gerger, has been charged with an administrative offense for shouting "Life to thieves!" during a performance, leading the Moscow prosecutor's office to initiate a case under part 1 of article 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation.
