A court sentenced 59-year-old Alexander Neustroev to four and a half years in a strict regime colony for justifying terrorism after he expressed approval of the murder of propagandists in the presence of other inmates.

A resident of Yekaterinburg, Alexander Neustroev, was sentenced to 4.5 years for justifying murders in conversations with inmates, which follows his previous conviction for hooliganism related to insulting a boy wearing a Z-cap.
