In St. Petersburg, the head of the Crimean Tatar society, Radion Esmedlyayev, the leader of the "Nefes" ensemble, Sevilya Khalilova, and another person were detained for a photo with the Crimean Tatar flag near the Peter and Paul Fortress, and they were issued a protocol for holding an unauthorized rally.
