The European Union announced the 21st sanctions package against Russia, which includes a travel ban for Russians involved in the war with Ukraine, restrictions on 31 banks and 20 cryptocurrency companies, sanctions against 30 tankers, a ban on the sale of LNG tankers, and the maintenance of the oil price cap until January 2027.
